You are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Nothing is wrong or broken, and you do not need to be "fixed." But there are probably areas in your life in which you would like to experience more satisfaction. Things that you would like to do. Stuck places that you would like to resolve. A vision that you would like to make happen. Your agenda, whatever it may be, is the basis of our work together.
You and your Coach design the way you work together
You and I collaborate actively to create an alliance designed to meet your needs. Unlike some forms of therapy or consulting, you agree to grant power to our alliance, rather than to me. We are a team committed to enhancing your learning and forwarding your progress toward your goals and vision.
You are a full partner, and part of your role is to be mindful of what you need and request that from me. It is this agreement that makes the coaching collaboration a potent tool. My role is to provide ongoing focus, clarity and support. Our alliance will give you a depth of support that is seldom experienced elsewhere.
You set the agenda for your coaching
If you are looking for answers, together we make inquiries that can help you can find your own answers. There's no "canned" program, because we always work from your agenda. I have a set of tools to support you in moving forward in your life. We address your whole life, because whatever is going on in one area of your life is influenced by all the other areas, too.
Your fulfillment, balance, process: the foundation for your life
Coaching is about doing what you find fulfilling, creating balance in the many areas of your life, and learning to be open to feelings about what happens in your life.
We start with two intake interviews, lasting about an hour each. In these sessions, we create our alliance and begin investigating where you are now in your life. You will begin to
Our subsequent and ongoing coaching sessions are a half-hour long. We continue looking at what has come up in the intake interviews, and work with wherever you are that day. I help you identify what's really important to you, see what gets in your way, and coach you in developing the commitment and action that is right for you.
You can create the life you want
Coaching is an ongoing process. It can be full of joy and excitement, and the pleasure of discovering and doing new things. Sometimes it's difficult. Change is both exciting and challenging. I hold you in whatever experience you are having when we have a coaching session, and I ask you to be willing to hang in there if the going gets tough. I'll be there with you.
If I
ever say or do something that upsets you or does not feel right, please bring
it to my attention. I promise to make you right for doing so and to clean
it up. Above all, I intend to make our relationship a place where you are
fully supported and in which you feel safe in allowing all of who you are
to come forth.
